Challenge: Create a modern lifestyle brand that resonates with young professionals by distinguishing the property and neighborhood as trendy and accessible.
Solution: Residences at Malden Station is a renovated, historic building converted into hip apartment spaces near Boston. As a part of the identity exploration, it was important to emphasize the property’s proximity to mass transportation and its easy access to downtown. This resulted in the use of line art to represent the skyline. The selection of typography for the website integrates the playful yet modern character of the brand mark.
The user experience was heavily influenced by information the client gathered from residents. To best illustrate the amenities of the area, we gathered content to depict the quality of life residents enjoy.
